What happens to my estimates after the trial ends?

Your estimates stay in the app — we never delete them. If you don't pick a plan, documents move into read-only mode: you can download them as PDF or Excel, but can't create new ones. To resume full editing, activate the Starter or Pro plan.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. Cancel in your account settings in seconds — no long-term contracts, no cancellation fees. Paid features remain available until the end of the billing period, and all your estimates stay accessible.

Which browsers does the extension support?

Can I share my estimates with others?

Yes! You can generate a public share link for any estimate document. Recipients can view the estimate in read-only mode without needing a Rerum account.

What export formats are supported?

You can export your estimates to CSV, Excel (with a summary sheet), and PDF (with header and subtotals). Images can be embedded or linked depending on your preference.

Absolutely. We use secure authentication (email/password with CAPTCHA protection and Google OAuth2), encrypted connections, and follow industry best practices for data protection.

Can I add customer business details (Tax ID, registration number) to my estimate?

A dedicated customer-data field on the estimate itself is on the roadmap. For now, you export the finished document to CSV, Excel, or PDF and open it in your accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero), where you add the customer's tax ID, registration number, and address when issuing the VAT invoice. Your own company's tax details for the subscription invoice are entered in account settings.

Does Rerum support VAT calculations?

You can add custom columns to your estimate (e.g. named "VAT 23%" or "net") and enter values manually — Rerum doesn't auto-calculate VAT yet. Each row's total (price × quantity) is computed automatically with decimal precision. VAT invoices are issued from your accounting software after exporting to CSV, Excel, or PDF.

Will the app work on a job site without internet?

Rerum runs in the browser, so it needs a connection. On job sites we recommend quickly downloading the estimate as a PDF before going out; all line items, prices, and product images are then available offline. Sync resumes when you're back online.

Can I export estimates to other estimating software?

CSV and Excel exports let you import data into most professional estimating tools. We don't have direct integrations yet — let us know via the contact form if a specific tool matters to you.
